Our first Artist Series Can Release of 2020 has arrived and it’s a doozy! Join us on Saturday, January 18th for the release of Barkeep Hazy DIPA, with label art in collaboration with LA-based Illustrator and Concept Artist Matt Sharack, aka Sharackula.

Beer will be available on draft and in 4-packs to go starting at 12pm, and we will have tshirts and art available as well! Our artist will join us on site showcasing his art in person.

THE BEER

Hazy DIPA / 8.2%

Barkeep Hazy DIPA is 8.2% brewed with Amarillo and Cryo Mosaic hops. Enjoy flavors of ripe pineapple, sweet mango, and fresh coconut.

THE ARTIST

Matt Sharack (aka Sharackula) is an illustrator and concept artist living in Silver Lake. Inspired by the illustrations and writing of Edward Gorey, Tim Burton, Jim Flora, and Picasso, Sharack incorporates a whimsical-macabre style where viewers can have a laugh even when the subject matter deals with darker times and events. His love for architecture helps him structure a world inhabited by strange ladies and dangerous gentlemen, vampyrs, historic figures, and other wonderful creatures set in the backdrop of a turn of the century era city he calls Transylville. Sharack is currently at Sony Pictures Animation and has worked on such films as: Shrek, Monsters vs. Aliens, Puss in Boots, Trolls, and Angry Birds.
